Pre Acquisition Due Diligence
Weissman Construction Services (WCS) provides Construction Pre-Acquisition Due Diligence Reviews to Equity Investors and Construction Lenders nationwide. Since 1999, WCS, or its principal, has prepared Pre-Acquisition Reviews for hundreds of properties spanning 24 states and the US Virgin Islands. The majority of these reviews have been for multifamily housing projects financed with low income tax credits, but projects have also included commercial, mixed-use, and transit-oriented developments.
