With respect to Southern California, WCS provides Owner’s Representation, Construction Management, Entitlement Services, Draw Inspections and Cost Estimating. Mr. Weissman is a licensed General Contractor (since 1987) and has been Certified by the International  Code Council (ICC) to perform both Residential and Commercial Building Inspections.
